RETURN POLICY:
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Send us an email at info@elizabethwatson.ca and let us know how we can help! We offer hassle free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please NOTE:
Return shipping fees will be charged for all returns.
The following are exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no signs of wear or use.
Q: Can I visit a physical location?
A: Elizabeth Watson Floral and Artisan Shop does not have a physical location at this time, however we are planning to open in Millbank, ON, near the end of 2022.
